The Community Conflict Transformation Group is one of the Development Groups

-Agenda items include:

  1. Date of next meeting.
  2. Decisions made at previous meeting - are they a correct record?
  3. Actions outstanding from last meeting. 
  4. Proposed name change to this group: "Community empowerment & systemic win group".
  5. The Proposal is that the guidelines for preference of 'power with' working practices be reviewed by the Project Steering Group alongside the Ubuntu Code of Conduct - http://freelend.pbworks.com/How-we-work-together#CodeofConduct and a hybrid passed back to the Community Conflict Transformation Group for their approval. 
  6. Matters referred on by Networking Group, Marketing Group, Website Development Group, Community Conflict Transformation Group, Staff Recruitment and Induction Group or Fundraising Group

Additional Agenda Items for a meeting once the freelender.org site needs more mediation support:

 

  1. Checking the chosen Saturdays for training sessions 10.30-12.30 (with lunchtime homework) & 2.30-4.30
  2. Liaison with local community mediation services
